Below are just a few of our Requirements. Please read thoroughly before applying.
A Nationwide tenant screening will be completed on all applicants.. This includes credit, criminal, and eviction reports nationwide.
*A clean background. We like to see a credit score of 640+. Required score is 600 or above. 600 to 640 requires double deposit.
*Verifiable gross monthly income equal to at least four times the rental amount. Unverifiable income will not be considered. Self employed applicants must provide tax returns for two years, for income verification.
*No prior evictions or lease violations. No deposits withheld because of property upkeep or non-payment of rent. No unpaid judgements or collections.
*One year current occupation, or two years continuous employment. Unemployment is NOT considered a qualifying source of income. Unique and extenuating circumstances may be considered.
*Resides at current residence for 2 years, or lived at no more than 2 residences in the last four years, with acceptable rental history. Unique and special circumstances will be considered.
*No notices of any kind from previous landlord, neighbor complaints or police reports regarding disturbing the peace. Has no recent criminal history.
*Pets under 20 lbs only. No more than two pets. No puppies or kittens.
